Coconut Rum Cake

Coconut cake soaked in coconut rum syrup, covered with cream cheese buttercream and coconut flakes.

This cake will be covered in large flaked coconut as shown. If you wish to add a birthday message, only the sides of the cake will have the flaked coconut.  Please write the message in the notes.
